as a doctor i would treat all patients equally irregardless of race, religion, sexuality etc

as my personal religious beliefs tell me that homosexuality is a sin, how do you think i would be best dealing with a patient that comes to me as a gp looking for advice and support about being a homosexual?
Marie, you're contradicting yourself in your paragraph.

You should give the patient any information you are qualified to give. As a doctor, this should only include researched, medical, information without the interjection of any religious views or speculation. If you don't know of any studies that pertain to the problem, or if the issue does not fall into your field of expertise, either direct them to a source where they might find it or simply say that you don't know. If possible, offer to find out for them.

Act professional about it as you can and be as helpful as possible. None of your personal feeling should enter into it at all. The patient is there to see a Doctor not a Clergyman.
