notice? Having signed rental lease with my tenants till march 2011 with option of 1 month notice in case each side decide NOT to renew lease.
Tenants moved out 22nd October 2010 without notice and left a brother of his on premises which happened to be a Tourist in the country and me not knowing much about him.
I tried to talk to Tenants but they don't have time now for me,what are my options?
BTW, rent is paid till the end of the month.
Please help.
