Having sex before your period starts. I mean ur VERY first.?

Hey im thirteen and i dont have my period, and lately i have been thinking about having sex. i dont plan on it because i know im too young to handle the consquences that can be created.

But if my hormones do take over, is it ok to have sex before your period begins? or will i have problems lol
