Having sex again after giving birth?

This question is not for me so no rude comments directed to me. I had my baby 2 weeks ago and my doctor told me i could resume sex as long as my bleeding was not red and if it tapered off a lot but didnt have to be completely gone..pink or brownish discharge was fine to resume sex. I didnt have any tears, cuts, brusing etc. Right now my bleeding has completely stopped but i still have off and on "pinkish brown watery discharge stuff", very minimal, doesnt even fill a panty liner and only comes when i am on my feet for a while or so. i would love to make love with my husband tonight..and even though my doc gave me the ok to have sex as long as the spotting is just pink or brown did any of u have sex with some minimal pink/brown spotting and were fine? No rude answers please..thanks
my doc appt is not a 6 week but a 4 week and he didnt think it was necessary for me to wait until then as long as i dont have red bleeding. so im asking your experiences.
 
Hi That's very unusual that your doctor says you cant get pregnant,I had a baby 6 weeks ago and had sex with my husband 2 weeks ago I have talked to my doctor and he said that im 150 times more likely to be pregnant now because im very fertile,I have to wait another while till i no but im worrying terrible,But if i am i will love my baby,So i would say wait till your on contraception before you do any thing,I no a girl that is on answers she got pregnant at 5 weeks she was breastfeeding and used a condom,I hope this help you,The bleeding doesn't stop you getting pregnant.
 
No if you can't be on your feet for the day without some bleeding you need to wait, once the bleeding is completely done it is ok as long as your doctor has ok'd it, I have never heard of a doctor ok-ing it before 4 weeks even for a c-section, you really need to let your body have some time to recover or you can cause yourself more pain and a longer recovery. I would just wait another 2 weeks to be safe and see how you feel then. Just because sex is off limits doesn't mean you can't be intamate in other ways while your waiting.
