having really bad sharp shooting pains in vaginal area and uterus area?

well i have been getting these really sharp shooting pains in my lower abdomen and vaginal area and they almost feel like contractions but im dont think im prego cause i went to the hospital a few days ago and they told me that everything was fine my urine and blood test came back neg i had my period 8-28 and i think im 8 dpo so i dont know why im having these pains they also feel like something is trying to stretch my uterus when i stand up it feels like its pulling and the shooting pains come back so if anyone would have an idea on what these symptoms may be please give advice
