Having problems with SBV5220 Motorola Surfboard?

I recently ordered Time Warner phone service and thus got a new Motorola SBV5220 modem. It has screwed up my wireless router. I have twice now reset the Motorola modem and my Belkin router which gets my wireless working. However, the second anyone gets on the Internet via our desktop computer I lose the wireless. Help!
