I parked my scooter outside for the winter under a closed tempo. Now that it is spring, i went out to check on it. i tried starting it with the start button .. nothing so i added gas and tried with the foot starter and nothing. also my horn and flashers don't work. im new with scooters and i want to learn more but its not simple SOMEONE HELP!!! is it my Battery??

last summer when i would try and start it, it would start very weak and it would die out. i would have to do this a few times until it would start normally? is my scooter total junk? its a 2005 yamaha BWS 50
