Having problems with my Night Prowler SA airsoft gun! HELP!?

ok so i have had this gun for quite some time now and it has been acting up and pissen me off. whenever i put hop up on, the bb gets stuck in the barrel. On regular it goes about 175 ft per second and it sucks now. battery is fine and so is everything else. if anyone knows what to do i would very much appreciate it
 
i hate to be the one that has to tell you this, but it looks like this time for a new gun.
