okay. I bought a cricket phone in Oct and all through November I didnt pay because I was still able to text but in Dec I tried paying for it but the website said that my phone number and account doesn't exist. Has this ever happened to anyone else and if so how do you pay for phone because I really need to. Im just having a really difficult time getting it turned back on and cust service doesnt help.
Also, why was i able to still text after my 30 days were up?
