I'm connecting into my neighbors wireless. He put his secure id in but we keep getting an error that says unable to access network due to a cable modem unsupported by comcast? Is there a setting we have to change on my laptop or his? His internet works fine I don't get why its not working on mine. Any ideas? Thanks
