Hey guys,
Im having problem downloading torrents on utorrent. The connection and health is fine but there is just no download speed at all. Im using an ethernet connection on PC (to get best speed) but the torrents work fine on my mac using wi-fi! The torrents i get have good amount of seeds but just no down speed. For some reason it worked randomly yesterday but after the torrent was complete it stopped again. I dont have a way of port forwarding the router btw!
Any ideas?

ps. I have tried both utorrent and bittorrent and still nothing. My friend is hooked up to the same internet as me on his PC and its working fine for him??!!
