My daughter will be 10 months old next week and lately has been giving us a hard time with eating. She takes her bottles fine but when it comes to eating food she puts it in her mouth then reaches in her mouth, pulls it out and plays with it then tried to feed it to us or the dogs. Is this just a phase they usually go through? Normally I would just try to ignore it but then she'll cry because shes hungry yet if I try to feed her again its the same story. And it doesn't matter what I offer her....she does it with everything. Any advice?
She does eat in her high chair with the rest of the family. She drops the food over the sides for the dogs to get.
