Having difficulty breathing for the past week and i have no health insurance?

i took nyquil alot like for 2 weeks and i stopped about a week ago and lately like for the past week i am having difficulty breathing,,, now my heart is kinda starting to hurt because of trying to breathe so much. i can not see a doctor i have no money or health insurance, what can i do? And i don't even know if its a side effect of the nyquil so yeah what can i do please help and dont say go to the doctor
