goody jokes? i was wondering what percentage of people with cancer got it because they laughed at other people with cancer?

would i be a rare case or a common occurence?
my point is that its such a ridiculous thing to say

for the record i have never laughed at anyone with cancer just shamless attention seekers trying to make money from it
 
Well that's pretty messed up, but that's not how you get cancer...so laugh away!
 
chances are you or someone you care about will get it and doubt you'll be laughing them chuckles
