Having arm pain

Last Sunday and again today I have had aching pain in my Left bisep off and on. I also woke up in the middle of the night last night with the pain. It is very mild pain that comes and go's and I do not have any other symptoms. I have not done any thing to cause pain. Could this be a sign of a heart attack? I am 34 and overweight. I have hypothyroidism, high cholesterol, and mild diabetes. Am I being paranoid?
 
It could be caused by an impingement shoulder.
Ice, rest, etc. is best. If this is the problem, continue to use your arm but stop doing anything that makes it hurt. Must keep joint mobile, can't just let it do nothing. You do not want a frozen shoulder.
