I recently found out my family and my sisters boyfriend and i are going to go camping and my anxiety kicked in that i was going to get sick and have the whole thing canceled and everyone will be disappointed because they really really want to do this and its probably all in my head but i kinda feel im getting sick, and i just cant help it, and im just super nervous and probably wont get any sleep tonight. I just want to know why is that? And how can i stop myself from being so nervous? Thank you
