I have a 93 chevy caprice and I am having a small electrical problem. When I drive and I hit a small bump, my head unit cut off and on. Also when I turn my headlights on, the head unit turns off completely and can not be turned on unless I turn my lights off...but for some reason my amp stays on. It just started doing this maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago. I was riding in my car today and hit a bump and the radio cut off and didnt turn back on. I know for sure its not the radio because I uninstalled it and tested it with a 12volt plug and it works fine.
I install a flip down TV in my headliner not too long ago. Could I have wired something wrong?
Any ideas?
Before this start happening, my car kept blowing the 15amp tail light fuse right when I put the fuse in. Thought I might add that...but it seem to be ok now.
