Having a tower on your property questions

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~they love hills and thruway\highway area property and the loss of signal near a tower is called the umbrella effect depending on the height of the tower depends on the distance u need to be from it for good reception.
 
if i had a t-mobile tower in my backyard, i would rent the property out to someone else and then move to another area where a tower is needed and live there...lol and have those properties pay for mine all by their damn selves, lol

I read in the paper here in the UK that a bunch of tenants had a big petition to stop the placement of tower for Orange.

If you want better service you can look up a company called Wilson Electronics, they sell an awesome signal amplifier and it improves the signal. In my Sprint store we have horrible Nextel service, so we got an antenna and amplifier, now we are good to go.

~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~oh and ps-from what I understand you will get paid I'd they put a tower on your land. They usually recommend you have a couple acres of land so they can put it away from your land. So there really shouldn't be an risks
