Having a talk with my family about our business?

I am in my mid twenties. I went to college and graduated. I have been working for my family since I was about 10. They own retail stores in the food business that is seasonal (spring and summer). My dad and his brother own the business.

My dad started the business and owns majority control and allowed his younger brother to come into the business. Three years ago he sold a large property for millions. My dad is a millionaire. Now we have one store. It's a small store, and my dad and my uncle and me work there. My uncle is 60 and my dad is 66. Neither need to work, they divide up the profits of the store. Our store has doubled it's business in the last two years. I think they come to work because they have nothing better to do. My uncle comes to work and gives away stuff to people for free and then the customers give me crap cause I don't. My dad doesn't care about our store and just yells at our customers. They each work probably three hours a day five days a week. I work around ten hours a day (get paid for eight) and do it six days a week. I have never had a summer off in ten years.

At this point I have been running the store since I was 18 and came home every summer and ran it. I hire, train, and fire employees. I have a business degree. The only thing I cannot do is ordering, and book keeping. My dad and my uncle do the ordering and my mom does the book keeping.

I don't intend to stay in the business for ever. I want to be a cop. We have a lease for another four years on this location. Profits are WAY up, and we never expected this to happen. I graduated from college thinking my parents were going to sell out or the business was going to peter out and I was going to do something else. Right now there is no reason to get out of the business, and neither my uncle nor my dad can do it without me.

I want to get them out of the day to day operations of the business. Me and the employees can do it.
