Okay so i have had the phone for about 5 months and every time i try to run to camera or access pictures and music, it freezes, shuts off and brings me to a screen that says:
"DEMSBL BOOT Loader For MSM6290
Uploader Ver 5.50"
What could be causing this...
i have tried the master reset... the *number* number # code i can't think of it off the top off my head...
Is there a way i can COMPLETELY wipe it clean, EX do more to the phone than just a reset? such as reinstalling the OS?
