havin problems gettin a 99 chevy s10 to start?

i have a 99 chevy s10 after one night of me beenin out all night drivin i went home. the next day when i woke up i went out to start my truck and it would'nt start. The lights come on and everything acts like it would as it usually starts, but when u turn the key it doesnt turn over or anything. I have checked all my wires goin to the battery, went and got the starter tested to see if it was still good and it was. I can't figure out what the problem is and i was hoppin you could help
