I acquired a clarinet yesterday, and I am teaching myself. I am impressed with my progress, but I can't reach anything above A in the middle of the staff. I am not a big fan of the clarinet, I REALLY want a tenor sax, but I can't afford one...let alone lessons of any kind. I will learn the clarinet so I will be ready for the sax in the future.
