Have you successfully grown Naga Jolokia (Ghost Peppers) outdoors in really high temps?

I live in AZ where it is not unheard of to reach 120 degrees. Has anyone grown Bhut, Naga Jolokia in such a climate? Any advise (Soil type, fertilizer, shading, pot vs ground etc..)will be helpful please. Plus we have super salty water here :(
