...driving poorly)? I've noticed that people who have fish on the backs of their cars generally are terrible drivers. I noticed it some when I was younger, but now that I can drive, I've noticed it more and more.

Is it just me, or has anyone else made that connection?

It seems like no matter where I am, North Carolina or Kentucky, it's the same deal!
