I've seen many places talking about what's the difference between LCD, PLASMA and LED and how thin they are getting. But none mention how such thin LED TV this days handle heat generated from the screen.
Before LED Tv comes about, most LCD and Plasma TV have ventilation holes for heat to escape or thicker width to have fans inside to disperse the heat.
Now I look at most LED TV, it's getting thinner and thinner and newer models doesn't have any ventilation holes at all. Yea I know LED TV generate lesser or low heat then other TVs but there are still heat generated after a long period of use right?
My only worry that this will shorten the lifespan of the expensive LED tv with heat trapped inside?
