You meet a great person. He/She may be someone you can actually see yourself with...you don't want to rush it with them. You go on the date... you're actually shy (can't talk as much as you do w. other people) but things are good, convo is good, smiles, eye contact, yet very subtle with the flirting/touching. he's definitely different than ANY other guy who has tried to approach you...he pays. Date ended well...and that was it. I texted him a week later saying "hi", asking what he was up to and he happily responded back and quickly but it just didn't feel "right"...his timing in between messages became longer and I just quit it, stopped, and erased his number. A few months after that, we were on friends on fb... and that's it....
this happened last year!!! and i'm so stupid because despite the many people I've met and dates i've met, he's someone who's still on the back of my mind...and I don't know why?!
