Have you ever seen a man with long hands?

O.k this might sound weird. But i live in L.A a place where people are not that superstitious. And well some of my friends have said that at night they seen a man with long hands. Usually they see just his shadow and his arms seem to strech out long. Last time at a kickback the subject came out and they were surprise they all seen it at one time in their life. Now whats interesting is that a classmate from Korea saw that aswell. And a cousin in Mexico had the same thing happen to him. After i went to Jamaica and was told the same storie i tried searching people and places in Russia, Turkey, Spain, and Australia had also had the same thing happened to them. What urban legend you think this is. Btw i remember seing it too but i think it was just a dream.
