A certain sweet someone, named
Ms. Susanna, wrote us
a poem, yesterday morn.
She conquered an obstacle
and instead of offing
my hat to her,
I went off on a trail
of my own.
Ranting
and raving
with no logic
whatever
about
the State of Tennessee.
Who knows the workings
of my misguided mind?
So now belatedly, Susanna, my hat is off to you.
Yes, P'quant i did apologize privately and she was of course very sweet - But this is my philosophy - I answered and was rude publicly, so I should also apologize publicly.
