...into hating you too? Ok so there was this best friend of mine who was like a sister to me. We were friends since birth and even before that, our parents have been best friends since college. They had us around the same time. Anyways, once I went to middle school, I met this one girl who was mean and snobby to me, for no reason. She hated me and didn't tell me why. My best friend was at a diff school at the time. Then when high school came, me, the mean girl, AND my best friend ended up going to the same one. Eventually the mean girl met my best friend, then they became very close. A while after that, my best friend stopped communicating with me, stopped calling me and answering my calls, she looked like she was fake smiling whenever I saw her and she stopped giving me our old friendship hugs. Then I saw her spending more time with the mean girl. When my other best friend(a guy) who already knew my girl best friend, found out, he told her immediately and said something like, "why on earth are you spending more time with that other girl? She verbally bullied your best friend in middle school! Doesn't that even matter to you? Your friend is crying now, don't hang out with this new girl, she was mean to your bestie!" He sadly told me all she did was not pay attention to his words and walked away. I couldn't believe it. Ever since my best friend became friends with this new girl who treated me terrible in high school, my best friend's connection with me has worn off! I've done so many things for her yet this girl does nothing and behind my best friend's back, she STILL verbally bullies me! Has my best friend been brainwashed? This mean girl is new yet I've been my best friend's friend for about 17/18 years! How can a long and strong connection like that wear off just because of some mean b*tch who acts nice around her yet is terrible towards me, behind my friend's back???
I meant the mean girl who treated me terrible in MIDDLE school. But she did even in high school. What sucks the most is I graduated early and they are both in 12th grade. I no longer go to their school...
Ok thanks guys, I feel less alone now, knowing it's happened to many others. And yeah Katie, maybe I should. It will be hard ignoring my ex best friend but I'll try. My best guy friend is currently trying to help me feel better and has honestly done all he could to bring the friendship between me and the girl back together, however it failed. By ex bestie even deleted me off her facebook not that long ago, yet she didn't tell me why and didn't delete the mean girl...
