Have you ever heard of or dealt with Xite Homes?

They are a custom home builder n the Southeast region. They have offered to buy our house and build us a brand new one. My husband and I are believers in the fact that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. So far, we have found no problems with them or the house. I am looking for someone to help us, someone with a personal experience with this company or something similar.
