I am bulimic right now, and have been for 2 years. I'm in recovery right now, and I have stopped purging (not completely, though I don't throw up anymore, sometimes I use laxative tea or over exercise etc), but I continue to binge a few times a week. I'm wondering though if it even is possible for me to develop a healthy relationship with food again, and not be triggered so often.
