So at this point i'm truly ticked off. they have known for over a month that today was the set closing date and decided just this morning to tell me that it wont happen till monday.... maybe, most likely...
so they are in "breach of contract", while i have to foot the bill for another wire transfer changing the movers and carpet cleaners days to come, my current landlord and extending my stay here, extra interest etc. and my husband put in vacation time for the weekend and now we cant even move in.
Anyone else deal with this, or have a similar experience with them? my realtor and the title company made it sound like it was normal behavior for them.
