Have you ever been in a car accident?

i crashed on a Sand Dune in Michigan...people say it was the most air of a dune anyone ever got....me my friend (15) and my dad and his friend were on a mini jeep with just a roll bar...we went to fast off of it and crashed into the sand and rolled twice....my stupid friend was like "these dunes are nothing" and the next moment BAMMMMM...he was lying in the sand with a broken arm....thank god we survived...it was my friends dad's fault for driving like an idiot and my friends fault for instigating him.
 
Yeah but it was my friends fault it was the first time I decided to wear my seat belt this was back in high school like 98 or so and I have never went without my seat belt since then. I may not be here because of that one it was pretty bad.

The other dude was clearly at fault, but the cop said there was no witnesses, so he can decide.
Afterward, i brought my case to court, and fortunately, i won.
Here is how it happened
I was going straight, and the guy turned right in front of me, without stopping. Which caused me to hit his passenger rear side.
lol then he said "I didnt even see you"
 
I've been in a car accident. This one wasn't too bad though.
We were driving up our street when our neighbor didn't see us and accidentally crashed into us. They were definitely the ones at fault, but we didn't sue them or anything like that.
