got into a fight with my mom my kid got stuck in the middle got put in jail (my first time) my mom or i didn't really hurt each other and none of us wanted to press charges against each other but the lady cop was a jerk and put me in jail and my mom was almost put in jail for one night (my mom bailed me outta jail a couple hours before the jail released me.) i know i deserved to go to jail but how bad will my sentence actually be? will the DA assigned to my case actually listen to what i think my sentence should be? the other cop (her partner the nice cop) thought that they will either drop my case or give me a small fine. But what is the chance they could drop my case will bringing my mom with me when i go to court help me any. would they possibly just have me take an anger management class (which i think i need)
