Have to buy a 350 Chevy crate engine, no idea how?

Hello, my 1987 Chevy Mallard Sprinter RV (short nosed chevy van front) is likely going to need a new engine. I have no idea where or what to buy. Apparently it will be cheaper for me to buy than through the repair shop who will mark it up. I don't need a high performance engine. I need help here guys! Where? Estimated cost? Help!
I have a blown head gasket and waiting on the results if the block is cracked. An overhaul may not be an option.
 
Go to any Chevy dealer and ask for a quote ...bring the VIN # with ya A new eng is a great Idea! no sence messin with all that labor twice.
