Have question for expert on service menus

I've navigated the service menus and can't find anywhere to enable EFR or AMR-Full Rate codecs. Has anyone had any luck with doing that? My phone is stuck in AMR-HR (Half Rate)

[5] Read gsm rf nv
[6] Write gsm rf nv
[7] Base Band
[8] Audio
[9] Common
 
BUMP! No one has any experience with enabling different voice codecs on Qualcomm Model Samsung's? I was able to do this with my G600 (Swift Platform)
