...am? i have just started going to the gym and there is a very high chance that i could be in early stages of pregnancy, me and my partner have been trying and i have lower back pain feeling a little naucious and pinching feeling in the nipples every now and then. This is my second pregnancy so i am very sure that i am so i really nervous about starting to go to the gym i had my first day today and i do a little bit of lifting (15kg at the most) but i lift my toddler so is it any different and what is not safe early on in pregnancy??? i am scared that if i put to much strain on my lower abdominal area that i will cause a misscarrige or hurt the baby??? can someone please help???
