Carnation instant breakfast shake in glass of 2% milk

lunch:
bottle of nesquik chocolate milk
pack of crackers
half a vanilla yogurt

dinner:
bowl of black beans w/ shredded cheese on top
small M&M blast from Sonic

for exercise:
45 minutes of the Zumba Ripped DVD
20 minutes of weight-lifting with two 8 pound handweights
