i don't know what to do with them. i want them to be pretty this next spring and i keep getting differant views on how to save them. one idea is to cut them down to almost ground level and then they won't flower til spring of 2012. how can i skip that part and still save them? since i want flowers this coming sping. oh and what zone is PA IN? 4 OR 5 RIGHT?
well, i got them on discount 2 months ago its now near end of oct. i dont know how they are suppose to look in oct. so im not sure if they are healthy. the weigela has flowers still on it and most leaves are brown on the edges and crispy. deutiza has what looks like buds almost all over it and no leaves at all( makes a good halloween decoration) ha ha. so i should wait til spring and see how they are doing then? and hopefully they flower.
