So I have been working out pretty much every day(a couple off here and there) for 30-45 minutes a day, plus going out more now that the weather is nicer for walks with my son. I have been watching my intake of food and drinking a lot of water.
At first, of course I found it really difficult to do much, but slowly getting myself back into shape I can now walk/jog and do the stairs without any trouble at all, and I'm able to to more reps with weights for my arms, back, chest and legs.
I have noticed though, this last week has been harder on me, it is just like I am starting from the beginning again. What could be a reason for this happening? I did take 3 days off last week...could that be why?
