out of the military? I am currently attending a four year community college right now in Colorado and will be transferring to a four year school after the next semester. Did any of you SINGLE guys or gals out there have a hard time making friends and/or fitting in? Yes, I do realize that the objective of college is to graduate, excel academically, etc, but as a single guy, it would make for a lonely couple of years without any interaction with other students. So, in a nutshell, will "the suck" (Marine Corps) screw me yet again (albeit this time as a civilian)??? They already screwed once already by putting me in a place where Marines are dispised (eastern N.C.).
