Have any nonprofit organization grant writers had experience with Microsoft

Grant Accelerator for Education? I work for a nonprofit that deals with disaster relief and a coworker printed out a description of the Microsoft Office Grant Accelerator for me. I had never heard of it before and I had a few questions. I tried the contact form on the website and have not received a response.

- Can it be customized for all nonprofits or is it solely useful for education grants?
- What does it do that I can't just do in Word?
- Overall is it worth the money?
