Have a vodafone 541 mobile phone-how do you access the "s" and "z" when texting?

The "pqrs" is on the number 7 key, right? However, when you want to use an "s", only "pqr" comes up to choose from. The number 8 key has the letters "tuv". Where the Dickens is the "s" key?
