...shut off and nothing? and no power to pump itself.abs and check engine light would show sometimes but never any probs.ran a hot wire to shut off switch and pump kicked on tried to start and nothing .then checked spark an nothing there . what would take both down at once?can an ignition switch? and what are the odds of the pcm going out?
 
Ignition switch would shut off both the fuel pump and the coil. That's more likely than the PCM.

The only way this could be related to your abs light is if you have a rodent nest in your wiring harness. That could definitely shut down both your coil and your fuel pump.
