discrimination. I am still employed.? I have a sleep disorder that nearly cost me my job. I have been employed at the same job for over 30 years and my employer refuses to accommodate me and even gave me the choice of separation on a disability which of course means you're fired. Or take a much harder job with 1000 cut in pay. So far I have been working this job which is at night. This has been a nightmare for me and I feel I need advise on how much to ask for and to state my demands as accurately as possible.
