Have a 2001 Honda Accord DX 4cyl which is registered in NY...which oxygen sensor...

...should I get? Im looking at Denso oxygen sensors, but I am worried that they might not match the NY emissions standard, which I understand is the same as california's. I am concerned because I need to get the car inspected. However, I do not want to shell out the $230 my mechanic would charge for a new sensor. Any help would be appreciated. The Denso part is:
