have a 200 dodge dakota sport 4x4?

i just replaced clutch and all , and before it started it was slippin, i put new clutch in tranny and all went together good , but now it hard to get into gears, unless ur moving, i replaced everything in tranny except the fork ,tranny type is NV3500 and like i said once in gear and movin no problems but when stopped it hard to put back into gear. andy help would be much appreciated
