Haunted Places in these towns???????

I am looking for some haunted places to visit in australia. Preferably the following towns:
Cairns
Mareeba
Charters Towers
Atherton

i have heard of the world theatre in charters towers being haunted. also St Monica's in cairns (My friend actully exsperienced the ghost :o)
