Haunted candle, brings luck to owner of candle?

i was doing some shopping on ebay when i ran into this:

im intrigued by this. what do you think?
it says it brings good luck because theres an angel haunting it. i wanna see if i get lucky from buying this thing, its only like $3 including shipping, that aint too bad
