Basically I'm thinking about buying a small apartment in london, maybe two bed. I would like to let this out. Basically the only thing that worries me is maintenance i.e cooker breaking, doors becoming unhinged etc. Normal wear and tear. I cant fix this. I was wondering if property insurance would cover this? I have seen letting property management services that do it but they seem a bit pricey. Would insurance cover such things? What do you guys recommend.
Hassle free buy to let? What should i do?
